Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Citizenship Forms Center website (citizenshipformscenter.com) or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Citizenship Forms Center Inc. (“CFC”) provides immigration form preparation support services, educational content, and access to licensed immigration attorneys through Gehi & Associates. CFC is not a law firm. Attorney services are provided exclusively by Gehi & Associates.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Submitting a contact form, completing an eligibility quiz, or paying for a service package does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship with Gehi & Associates. An attorney-client relationship is established only when Gehi & Associates expressly agrees in writing to represent you.

4. Service Fees

All professional service fees are as published on our pricing page. Government filing fees (such as the USCIS N-400 filing fee) are not included and must be paid separately and directly to the relevant government agency. All fees are in U.S. dollars.

5. Refund Policy

Service fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel before work begins, please contact us within 24 hours of payment at info@citizenshipformscenter.com. Partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of management.

6. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you provide to us. CFC and Gehi & Associates cannot be held responsible for delays, denials, or errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

CFC’s liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any immigration decisions made by USCIS or any other government agency.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queens County, New York.
